(iii) to support law enforcement agencies in the prevention, detection, and prosecution of crime and to act as a deterrent against crime;

We place appropriate signage in the monitored areas to alert you that a CCTV installation is in use and your personal data is recorded.
4. โรงพยาบาลจะไม่ทำการติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิดในพื้นที่ที่อาจล่วงละเมิดสิทธิขั้นพื้นฐานของท่านจนเกินสมควร ได้แก่ ในห้องพัก ห้องน้ำ ห้องอาบน้ำ หรือสถานที่เพื่อใช้ในการพักผ่อนของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ยกเว้นมีเหตุอันสมควร และได้รับคำยินยอมจากเจ้าของข้อมูลแล้วเท่านั้น
We will not install CCTV cameras in areas that may unduly infringe upon your fundamental rights, such as private rooms, rest rooms, shower rooms, or staff rest area unless there is a reasonable cause and the consent of the data subject has been obtained.
หลักเกณฑ์หรือฐานทางกฎหมาย LEGAL BASES
โรงพยาบาลอาจเก็บรวบรวม เปิดเผย หรือประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลองท่าน โดยอาศัยหลักเกณฑ์หรือฐานทางกฎหมาย ดังต่อไปนี้
We may collect, use, disclose, or process your personal data on any of the following legal bases.
(1) ฐานประโยชน์สำคัญต่อชีวิต การเก็บรวบรวมใช้เปิดเผยหรือประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้นเป็นความจำเป็น เพื่อป้องกันหรือระงับอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย หรือสุขภาพของบุคคล

ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล PERIOD OF RETENTION

We will retain your personal data in our system no longer than 30 days or as required by applicable laws. We may need to retain your personal data for the longer period as necessary to deal with any disputes or legal proceedings that may arise.

We have appropriate measures to maintain the security of your personal data to prevent data loss or unauthorized access, deletion, destruction, usage, change, modification or disclosure of personal data.

These measures are complied with Information Security Policy of the hospital. In addition, we have established practice guideline to ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, integrity, and availability of all personal data.
สิทธิของท่าน YOUR RIGHTS
ท่านมีสิทธิตามกฎหมายดังต่อไปนี้
You have the following rights pursuant to the laws:

3. สิทธิการโอนย้ายข้อมูล ท่านอาจมีสิทธิขอรับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่โรงพยาบาลมีอยู่ในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่มีการจัดเรียงแล้ว และส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้นไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลรายอื่น โดยต้องเป็น
(1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านได้ให้ไว้กับโรงพยาบาล และ (2) กรณีที่โรงพยาบาลประมวลผลข้อมูลนั้น โดยอาศัยฐานความยินยอมจากท่าน
Right to data portability. You may have the right to obtain your personal data we hold, in a structured, electronic format, and transmit such data to another data controller, where this is (i) personal information which you have provided to us, and (ii) if we are processing that data on the basis of your consent.

Right of erasure. We may refuse to comply with your request for erasure or destroy for the purposes of establishment, compliance, exercise or defense of legal claims, or compliance with laws.
